A detainee of the application of immigration and customs died for suicide while he was in custody after they found him hanging by the neck in the bathroom at the Penylvania facilities, where he was detained, according to the officials.
Chaofeng Ge, a 32 -year -old citizen of China in ice custody, was declared dead by Clearfield county at the 6 AM on Tuesday, according to Ice.
GE was found hung by the neck and without responding in the shower of his arrest capsule, said Ice.
It was determined that GE’s death was a suicide after the investigators discovered a handwritten note and a dirty game was not found, according to the State Police of Pennsylvania.
The personnel who discovered that GE immediately lowered it to the ground, began the CPR and contacted the emergency medical services, the State Police and the Forensic Office, according to Ice.
GE had been in ice custody for just five days and was waiting for a hearing before the Executive Office of the Department of Justice for immigration review, said Ice.
GE was arrested at the Moshannon Valley processing center in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania.

He was arrested in January in a CVS after the store informed him for using a credit card fraudulently to buy gift cards, according to Police of the Lower Municipality of Paxton. “An investigation began, where it was discovered that GE was in possession of numerous credit card numbers located within his cell phone,” said the police.
GE was arrested for criminal use of a communication installation, illegal use of a computer and access devices fraud, according to ICE.
The operations of application and extraction of ICE Philadelphia in the York NCOs presented an immigration arrest with the Daupphin County prison a day after being arrested.
GE, who was Flushing, Queens, declared himself guilty of accessing a device issued to another that did not authorize the use and conspiracy to commit the same on July 31, according to ICE, and was sentenced to six to 12 months for each count and granted an immediate release to the arrest of ice.
He was then carried in ice custody and transported to the York ICE office for processing, said Ice.
“ICE remains committed to ensuring that all those who are under their custody reside in safe, safe and human environments,” ICE said in a statement. “Integral medical attention is provided from the moment people arrive and throughout their stay.”
“All people in ice custody receive medical, dental and mental health examination within 12 hours after the arrival of each detention center, a complete health assessment within 14 days after the entrance of ice custody or arrival at a center, access to medical appointments and emergency care 24 hours,” said Ice.
The National Security Department recognized in a statement that there was a death in custody in the processing center. “This morning, a detainee died at the Moshannon Valley processing center. All custody deaths are tragic, taken seriously and are thoroughly investigated by the police,” said a senior DHS official to ABC News.
“ICE undertakes to promote safe, insurance and human environments for those in our custody very seriously,” said the official.
